President Biden and the Democrats need to become aggressive about the Democratic agenda and loudly broadcast and celebrate the accomplishments of Democrats. If they did, they could take control of the national debate as it relates to any number of issues away from the Rethuglickins. Where is the Democrats’ loud truthful response to the border issue, for example? Where is the swag and the bravado? I mean, if the F-Potus killed a mosquito, he'd be bragging about how he is a mighty hunter able to take on any challenge and crush all who oppose him. He embodies that James Brown song, "Talking Loud and Sayin’ Nothing," a bombastic jackass who clearly suffers from the Dunning-Kruger effect. I can't believe people fall for his BS, but they did and do. Un-freaking-believable, namsayin?
I hate how people often get caught up in the construction and promotion of an absurd false equivalency between T-Rump and Biden, and the ridiculous allegations about Biden’s ability to run the country, blaming on his age. I think we spend too much precious time, worrying about the F-Potus and his lies and stupid declarations. There is no comparison etween Biden and the F-Potus. The Biden administration gets/got things done such as the bipartisan infrastructure bill, the American Rescue Plan, the Inflation Reduction Act, and the CHIPS act. Further, during the Biden presidency, the economy is booming, and unemployment is very low. The F-Potus and the Rethuglickins often display grievance, anger, lies, obstruction, hypocrisy and fascistic ideas.
As far as President Biden’s age is concerned, in 2024 there are at least nine members of Congress who are older than President Biden. Republican Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa is 90, but we hear nothing about his ability to do his job. The same goes for Democratic Representative and Speaker Emeritus Nancy Pelosi, who is 83. T-Rump, the F-Potus#45 is 77, but apparently, neither his age nor his cognition is major issues with the news people, despite his strange comments and erratic behavior. Really, it’s an artificial controversy ginned up by interests that seem intent on distracting the public from the major issues the country faces. It’s exactly what the ancient Roman poet Juvenal said about bread and circuses.
